On Quitness and Spirituality ”Tushibakate” - “

The body is a temple of memory, where the connections between letting go and accepting must be constantly renegotiated. Moving through space, the body experiences healing, compassion, and attraction—an experience that language can only partially capture.

To pursue this memory, a mythological question arises: Do we still carry the dances of our ancestors within our DNA?

Performance "kab" at the Weißkaue Over the course of a single weekend, five artists from the University of Fine Arts (HBK) Essen developed a site-specific performance tailored to the unique architecture of the Weißkaue. Dance, sound installation, and performance art seamlessly intertwined, immersing the space in an extraordinary atmosphere.
